• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message, in order to answer your request (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures).
• Course enrolment, treatment booking or order: identity, contact details, information needed for invoicing and, where applicable, for the funding file (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations).
• Appointments made via Calendly, Booksy or Bookinbeautiful, and payments via PayPal or Klarna: these providers collect your data under their own privacy policies.
• Audience measurement: this website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own servers. Only the Google Map on the Contact page may transmit your IP address to Google when displayed. The presentation video (Cosmetic-surgery coaching page) is hosted by Vimeo with the “Do Not Track” option; displaying it may send your IP address to Vimeo.

Contact requests are kept for 3 years after the last exchange. Contractual and accounting documents (enrolments, invoices, training files) are kept for the applicable legal periods (10 years for accounting records).

Your data is processed by Vanessa Saboun and, where applicable, by her technical subcontractors (hosting provider, booking and payment tools) and by funding bodies (OPCO, France Travail, Caisse des Dépôts for the CPF) as part of your file. It is never sold.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to vanessasaboun@hotmail.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The website is served over HTTPS. No payment data is stored on our servers: transactions are handled by PayPal or Klarna.
